Professional Organization for Women in Antigua/Barbuda

I first met Barbara Collins in October 2000 when she arrived in Antigua, West Indies, to conduct a seminar for the Professional Organization for Women in Antigua/Barbuda (POWA).
She had come highly recommended by our organization’s financial controller, who had attended a similar workshop in the Virgin Islands.
